Dan is absolutely fantastic to work with. I had an issue with both headlights on my Tesla Model Y and was quoted almost $4000 to fix them by Tesla. Dan was able to help me find OEM parts online and fixed the problem for a significantly lower amount. He actually figured out what the underlying problem was, and it was even cheaper to fix than what Tesla told me! I worked in the car business at a large dealer for 7 years, dealing with service departments sucks. Dan at pinpoint gives me concierge service. He is honest and reasonably priced. He treats my car that other mechanics are afraid to work on like his own. (Hybrid) My old car was 12 years old and I put a lot of miles on it before giving it to my dad. I've been taking my cars to Dan for about 10 years. He's always been good to work with and his prices are fair. His location is a little out of the way for me, but completely worth it to deal with someone I trust.
