Luke did an excellent job installing our Puretec F6 whole-house water filtration system. He arrived on time, explained all the available options clearly, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. The installation was neat and professional, and he left the work area clean when he finished. Luke truly is a patient plumber. He was helpful, knowledge, prompt and responsive. He worked over the weekend to assist me get a quote ready for strata approval in a short timeframe. He provided great suggestions and resolved any unexpected issues that arose during the works so it was all completed in the original timeframe. He is great to work with and always happy to answer questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
If you’re not using The Patient Plumber, then you’re throwing money down the toilet. Ive used another plumber before, not three months earlier and the problem has resurfaced. Luke was professional, courteous, respectful and gave me options to make the right decision, right down to the brand I wanted for my bathroom. I’m definitely going to ask him to renovate my bathrooms in future
