    Absolutely amazing job by my 2 man crew. They arrived on time, and clock didn't start until paperwork was signed. This company was VERY affordable and I definitely got more than I paid for from these gentlemen. They were careful with all my belongings, made sure things were wrapped and properly taken care of. They were very considerate and careful of my hardwood floors and worked non-stop the entire time. They did a great job of telling me when the 2hrs were up (which was the minimum) and told me how long they think they had left based on the items I still had in the house and from there I was able to tell them how much longer I wanted. I would definitely use them again!

    Worst movers ever, if that is what they really are. . They arrived at our apartment on time, but they started whining about an electrical box that the apartment complex had with about a five foot clearance between it and some stairs. They went back and talked, another of the movers came up and starts looking at our stuff, we told him that there was a cat under the couch, anyone with ANY intelligence would automatically think oh it's hiding. The guy says is it dead? I and my girlfriend thought he was joking and we laughed and said no she's hiding because she's scared. He goes oh ok, I'll be right back. A few minutes later ANOTHER guy comes up to our apartment and says that they are having truck problems and that they will have to send another truck, I asked what was wrong? He said they were having ignition issues, at the same time as I hear the truck start outside. He said he wasn't sure when another truck would show up but we could call their office, we said ok. Wait about 30 minutes and my girlfriend calls their office .The office tells us that the movers had told them that we had something to do and had canceled for the day. We told them that no we hadn't canceled, they say that they will have to check and call back in an hour or so. My girlfriend called back an hour later. The guy that answered the phone said that the movers told them that we had a dead cat under the couch and that they didn't feel safe moving us. Our cat was and is very much alive and was scared, like any normal cat would be while moving, and ANYONE with ANY intelligence would and should have known that. First they whine about an electrical box, next they lie and say they are having truck problems, then lie saying we had canceled then they lie and say we had a dead cat under the couch. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE PINPOINT MOVERS.

    First, I would like to apologize for the troubles and frustration that you experienced on the day of your scheduled move. You are absolutely right! The movers that were assigned had no right to lie to you or the office about their truck being broken down or an apparent dead cat. This is uncharacteristic of the company. After receiving your comments of dissatisfaction, Pinpoint Movers management immediately called the movers into the office to investigate this matter further. We have taken the necessary steps to remedy the situation concerning the movers and staff member internally. Our goal is to provide consistent reliable moving services with a heart to serve families. Based on the events you described, we did not meet this goal. It’s important to us that are customers are more than satisfied and we would like the opportunity to resolve this issue immediately. If you give us a chance, we are intent on making this right and hope you will allow us to speak with you to discuss the situation. Please give me a call at 281-994-7013 at your earliest convenience.
