JAS and Team have been an exceptional part of my recovery after 2 wrist fractures and in casts for almost 7wks. I could not have returned to full mobility with out the the plan Jas set up for me with care. She pushed me at the right level session after session. Thank you !!
The first thing I noticed was how clean this place was, it has a really inviting atmosphere. My physiotherapist was Jas, and she is very knowledgeable. There is also no gate keeping here, they tell you all the exercises you have to do, they tell you to do it at home and come back a week later to see progress. So they aren't trying to steal from you by making you come there everyday to do the same exercises. I recommend this place!
Totally worth it. I had a great experience. Sonam was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions
