Our experience with Pinpoint Global has been fantastic! Clearly, their 1 star review has nothing to do with their business. We needed to ship a heavy package (120 pounds) to Tahiti. Major carriers toyed with us only to let us down. A customs broker suggested Pinpoint who got right on it. They booked the transport on commercial flights and had a local trucking company pick up the package at our location. Two years later we had the same issue come up.
