Literally the best place ever. So knowledgeable and informative.
I'm really not sure what went wrong but I called a number it rings someone picks up and hangs up. I call the number back, rings twice, and I guess sent to voicemail. If this individual was busy they should have sent me to voicemail to begin with instead of hanging up on me. After the holiday I just had I realized I'm in a very bad spot in my life, so the last thing I needed was some type of unprofessional BS like this! Thanks for the discouragement. Alison is truly God sent, especially in the last 4 months. I am dealing with a very personal issue and she has been attentive, caring and compassionate. She listens..really listens..and then finds the best way to ‘work through it. However, she will also hold your feet to the fire and be honest and upfront. If you want a therapist that will be truthful and honest, she’s the one!! I owe her my life…..literally. Contact Pinpoint Behavioral if you need someone to talk to. They go above and beyond!!
Speaking as a mental health professional I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else after meeting with Alison. This woman ran therapy office is welcoming to all people and has a special place in my heart as they cater to service members. If you are looking for a therapist pinpoint is phenomenal and any wait is worth it. Thank you Alison for offering a compassionate listening ear during my mental health journey.
