I’ve come to the Woodridge location multiple times in the past with family and had a lovely experience - relaxing and fun atmosphere with a friendly and engaged instructor. Not this time. The AC was off and it was uncomfortably stuffy, there was a children’s party going on with the doors open in the back room so it was an hour of screaming and yelling, and the instructor was rather cold and rushed us along the entire time with “2-minute warnings” as we struggled as a group to keep up with her expedited robotic pace. Lovely experience for couples or besties to delve into their creative side. Pinot's provides all the supplies, the setting, and the ambiance and you just show up! The sip and paint experience has shown me that with instruction and guidance, we can all explore our artistic and creative side.. my daughter thinks I'm an artist and now has taken my painting! Disappointed. My sister planned for us to have a paint night December 26th. I unfortunately got covid and could not attend. Cancelation policy stating that you needed to cancel the day before and that you would get credit. With the day before out class being christmas I assumed we wouldn't hear anything. After 5 attempts to contact the owner, we still have not heard anything. We have been here multiple times and had a great time. This has soured my feelings toward this business.
