Ben has been providing service for my Intoxalock device on my various cars of mine for over a year now. These are finicky devices due to the build quality from Intoxalock, and no better ones exist, but Ben has made sure its always up and running for me. Also, great customer service.
Seemed like a nice guy initially and even when talking to him, but has very poor customer service protocols. Installed an IID in my car. Proved to be faulty and stereo stopped working. He put in another IID and it was even more faulty then told me to deal with any of it is have to book two weeks out. Like dude, you messed up the stereo and made a commitment to people you’d keep them on the road by installing the IID.
Ben goes above and beyond for his customers. I stopped by a different mechanic for a repair and they quoted me $1200 for a starter motor. Ben was able to diagnose the issue and found out the issue wasn't a starter motor and it was as simple as a new car key. He is the only car mechanic I would trust. He is completely honest, reliable, and fairly priced. Thanks again!
