HORRIBLE! THEY DO NOT LISTEN. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, CONSIDER OUR EXPERIENCE. Overmedicating, not listening, poor documentation, up charges beyond requested: all in what I was told was a "standard of care". I wish I didn't pay after visit, and only on receipt of documentation of services. I would NEVER subject our pet (any anima) to this manner of care - especially since they consider it to be their "standard". Our local Vet closed and Disney Pet Hospital was on the list given to us. I typically don't use social media as a platform for complaints, but feel that others need to be made aware of what I experienced today. As many of you know I have a dog named Jackson. We chose Romie Lane Pet Hospital (Dr. Ponder) as Jackson's vet. I chose this location because it is where we had taken my childhood pets for many years. Reception/staff are unprofessional, ignorant with regard to dealing with the public. Haley has acquired so much ego since she started, that it is offensive. It is a shame that one needs to get past reception to see the vets because the vets are each wonderful. I will not return with my pet. It is not worth dealing with the rudeness, tactlessness, and unprofessionalism of the girls in the front.
