I had an unpleasant experience at this store. While browsing wigs, I felt as though I was being followed by staff who may have suspected me of stealing, even though I was just looking around. Despite not doing anything wrong, I was eventually asked to leave without explanation. The experience left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated, with a sense of racial bias. The staff were not friendly, and because of this, I would not recommend this beauty supply store.

The employees at this store are incredibly rude and seem to rush customers. Two of them, who I believe might be sisters, were dismissive and outright rude while I was simply browsing. Their terrible attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store and cannot recommend it to others.

This prices here are reasonable and they have a large variety of products however; they never open on time. The hours are posted online and on the door stating they open at 10am but they actually open whenever they choose. I’ve been waiting since 10am and it’s now 10:16 am and they are just opening. This has happened at least 90% of the time.
