I ordered it today which delivered via doordash at 10:50 pm. I am regular customer but unfortunately from past few orders they are messing up with my order. I paid 23$ for kunafa cup and it is such a disappointment that i don’t get what it supposed to be. Kunafa cup just has rotten strawberries which has bad smell. This cup name is kunafa which barely i can see. I would like to request for a refund or replacement of a good amount of kunafa cup.I hope someone will reach out to me otherwise i will never ever consider Pinocchio... read more

I went inside and was shown the menu, I tried asking for items such as any cookies or cakes and was told they only had 1 flavour of cake and no cookies. they had listed multiple items on their desert menu but had absolutely nothing. Asked what they had and coulnt even list more then 5 items that they had in stock. unbelievable. the location shows zoom up photos like it’s their own desert place but in reality it’s a food place
I've been buying from Pinocho for over a year, and this was my first time visiting this location. They definitely didn't disappoint. The person who served us was very courteous, and our order was prepared with great attention to detail. It's always a pleasure to visit a place where you're treated so well, especially considering it was already 10:00 p.m. Highly recommend!
Got the kunafa strawberry cup. The worker was really nice and made the presentation really good. However, the cup itself is alright. It’s not as creamy as I would like. It hardens very quick. It was full of strawberries, so no complaints there!
