Delicious ice cream....staff very attentive and friendly!
Wonderful ice cream shop with a great selection, delicious ice cream and friendly staff. Lots of great flavors to choose from. We liked the added touch of an animal cracker on each cone.
We visited Pinocchio's today and the ice cream itself was good, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience. Two staff members laughed when they didn’t understand some of our words because of our accent. That felt disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, we were charged $25 for two ice creams, roughly double what the prices on the menu suggest. When we asked if that was really the correct price, one of them confidently confirmed it.
