This is the best pharmacy, they always have it ready on time. They are super nice,go the extra mile!! I would never, never go back to a big chain.
Local business who really cares! If there is ever any issues with meds or payments the team is so helpful and will try to work with you. Highly recommend for quality services and not the run around you would get from a corporation (ie CVS). Don’t walk run! Also has free delivery services 🤩
Nice friendly staff. Profesional pharmacist's that will help you anyway they can. Prices, are good. Small pharmacy with a big heart.

I have lived in Kingsport, TN for over 70 years. During that time I have used several different pharmacies, both independent and corporate chain pharmacies. I have been a Pinney's customer for many years and they are the most customer service oriented pharmacy I have ever used.
