My son called & had an appointment for them to come fix his hot water heater. He was working so we went & waited. The set time was 3pm. By 4 nothing not a call or text. Called my son got the name & looked up #. I called & was told they would be there. Gave her my # & was told shed call them & then call me back to let me know. I waited till 5pm & called back.
