Was really looking forward to coming here as all the reviews about honest and fair pricing is rare to find. Not sure if it was intentional or cheeky but when I called up prior to booking to ask for the service price, the price they quoted me turned out to be the ex GST price when it came time to pay. I know GST doesn't matter business to business but as a consumer it's an extra 10% surprise on top. When I was about to pay they also mentioned they replaced my key battery. We had a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW convertible done here, and very glad we did. They were great to deal with, very friendly and professional, explained everything in a way that was easily understood. They were well priced and very thorough with the inspection. If we hadn't taken it to them for the inspection, we would have had an unexpected bill of around 6-7k in repairs to get it roadworthy.
