Five Star Customer Service is why I keep doing business with this locally owned family business! Their team members, in particular RANDY MARTIN on this interaction, go above and beyond to quickly take care of my tractor, lawn mower and powersports needs. We brought our lawn tractor in for a general tune-up and received a call from the service department that an expensive part would need to be replaced. As a machine had been operating well we approved the needed repair. The bill came to over $400. Within the first 10 minutes of use the mowing deck dropped on to the blade destroying it. Clearly the service department should have noticed that the deck was rusting around the bolts and advised as not to go forward with the expensive repair.
