This is the worst office. The office staff is ignorant, and not very friendly at all. Employees eating while checking in patients. Waited for over an hour in a half and there was no doctor that came in, nor was I advised that the doctor was running behind.
Was referred here by my primary care doctor back in November of 2023. I was only able to get an appointment here 6 months later in May of 2024. I have had chronic pain for years as well as other concerns. My inflammation markers were also high. I went to see Dr. Sachs with great hope that she would help me. Even though she pushed on all my joints, and I told her that most of them hurt even from just touch and that my pain was really severe some days she responded with "well at least it's not arthritis. Horrible time there especially that Hindi doctor he is so full of himself.
Terrible! Took 6 months to get an appt, and then when I finally arrive at my appointment (and after getting a babysitter to watch my kiddos), they told me, "Oh. Didn't anyone call you? The drs not in today". What?! Then they said they could get me in 3 MONTHS later. They canceled on me with no notice and then said it'll still be months yet. I was furious. Just to get your blood drawn took an hour. I think that's way to long to be waiting for a blood drawn.
