I am so glad this program exists! I “graduated” from it two months ago, and each week I notice improvement in my pain management. It’s the little things that you’ll start to notice. Like being able to stand up from a chair without grimacing or holding onto the seat in front of you. Before entering this program, pain was robbing from me the ability to enjoy simple things like spending an afternoon walking through an arts and crafts festival, or helping my wife in the garden. This program is saving my life. I did realize going in that I needed all that they offer. Aquatic therapy, physical therapy, biofeedback and behavioral counseling. You need to talk about it. Learning how to breathe and slow down is a necessity to ease your chronic pain. Don't let it go on. See if they can help you. The instructors are all knowledgeable and caring people. Not impressed. Staff were rude and condescending. Answering service covers lunch hours so I had to call twice to cancel an appointment. Treatment run of the mill. More or less just checking off a box. Nothing innovative. Wouldn't recommend.

Director would only continue service if I considered "counselling services" provided by their facility in conjunction with physical therapy treatment. Don't bother with facility unless you can meet the mandate of 8 hours of counselling, biofeedback, and therapy. The director will not allow you continued service otherwise. Very bad business. They were not up front with me about this in what qualifies an individual for continued service treatments at their facility. I am not willing to go through counselling. But am willing to... read more
