Demanding and made us feel like we had no choices. Even after we left to go to Penn State, they called several times to make sure we were leaving and now need us to drive in to fill our paperwork (would not mail) so we can get appropriate care with Penn state.

I personally really benefitted from my time with my Therapist. Unfortunately, as I wanted to recommend your services to my Son and wife with children on the autism spectrum, along with their own needs, I discover they don't have the right insurance. You don't accept Medicaid. How are these children and young people supposed to get better and be a helpful part of society? You are among many unwilling to cut your bottom line in order to do the right thing. This is all about UPMC.
