This location is definitely not patient friendly. Took off of work today in order to get blood work for an upcoming appointment only for the check-in receptionist to turn me away because apparently my script for blood work expired yesterday. Meanwhile when I came before, I was told I was too early. This location really could use some improvements.
Too hard to get in anymore. Used to be a 10 min wait but now it has turned into an hour and a half. Also, they messed up my husband's blood work the last visit and now he has to have it re done.
Great experience at the lab. When it comes to billing services and answers I’ve been redirected for hours. Was told i could get estimates before service from the lab; however, that was not the case. Not sure how this system works.
Great experience. Location was convenient and staff was friendly, polite and professional. I'll definitely return for any future lab work.
