Fast, efficient services The staff was very kind and pleasant.
Called 2 days ago and was told they don't take appts because "they can serve more people". Asked for days that typically had lower crowds to minimize my time off work for my fasting labs. "It depends". Showed up at 6:55 AM this morning (a Friday). They opened at 7 AM. 5 people already ahead of me. Got checked in. Went to the lab waiting room--and by 7:30 it was completely filled with patients. Employee comes in then and says "Don't shoot the messenger but our phlebotomist isn't coming in today."
