Upmc please do better for your patients and staff. How is this acceptable with all the money you make???? What’s most important is obviously pocketing our hard earned money rather than giving it back to your facilities, patients and staff. Do better. I couldn’t take more pics without being obvious. But the carpets need redone. Do they even vacuum? The floors do not look it. It’s freezing in here. Why??? It feels like 60 degrees in here. Everyone is freezing. Especially staff but us patients clearly are too.
Never an issue here. Wait time is reasonable and staff is friendly.
I’ve been here several times over the past year and am always impressed. The wait times have been short (today it only took 10-15 minutes from check in to leaving!) and the staff members are always lovely. I often have to bring my toddler with me when I can’t find childcare, and they are so patient and sweet with her. One staff member offered to help carry my bag and our coats because she was getting a bit fussy and had to be carried. I have gone mostly for bloodwork, but also twice for a mammogram and ultrasound.
