Literally the worst experience w medical care I have ever had. I’m a homeschooling mom who had to bring her kids into a prenatal appt. I even told the nurse that I was unable to get a sitter. The dr came in and basically refused to see me with the kids. He also is inflexible, unwilling to be bothered and clearly just not a friendly guy. He didn’t even try to check the baby’s heart beat to confirm its health. Also- if you wish to have any autonomy over your own body, you won’t find it here. I love Dr. Hank. I've never had a bad experience at this office or the one in Harrisburg hospital.
Called to make an appointment as I was desperate to get in receptionist today around 10:30-11:00 was absolutely rude in every way why I stay away gynecologist as this happens . I was just looking for an appointment as a new patient and she laughed at me. How is she a receptionist!!!!! I obviously hung up and and did NOT make an appointment!

They use to be amazing until my doctor left and a couple others. Now they are very unprofessional and patient . concerns are not a priority. My situation not pregnant have huge fibroids. Cycle has always been normal now I have been bleeding over 8 months. They gave me Dr. Hank, I did pick him. He gave me a DNC stop bleeding for 3 weeks only.. He kept preaching complex cancer.
