If I can give less than a star I would. I’m highly disappointed in the service. Today my son had a follow up appointment for which I got multiple reminders via text, phone calls and portal. We show up for our appointment 15 minutes as required, get all checked in do signatures and all the formalities which took about 10 minutes. We wait in the waiting area for about 40 minutes. My wife had a 4 PM appointment today and we encountered standstill traffic on the way. We attempt to call but she was on hold with no one picking up the phone for 14 minutes. She arrived for her appointment at 4:08 but the doctor and staff had already left for the day. She has been having serious headaches for nearly 2 months. Dr Anwar was not helpful in any way. It seems that the practice has a policy that they would not transfer care to another doctor. Even though there are other doctors in the practice. I spoke with the office manager and the director. Both of which were no help what so ever. The office manager even claimed that he was humiliated because I asked him if he understood english. Ever time I said no to him he failed to understand those words. Business manager did not care either. Patients are just a number.
