Phone mail hell. Option I needed wasn't available. I left a message but I seriously doubt I'll receive a return call.
Dr Anwar was not helpful in any way. It seems that the practice has a policy that they would not transfer care to another doctor. Even though there are other doctors in the practice. I spoke with the office manager and the director. Both of which were no help what so ever. The office manager even claimed that he was humiliated because I asked him if he understood english. Ever time I said no to him he failed to understand those words. Business manager did not care either. Patients are just a number.
Gave it 1 star because i had too places like this are why people have no faith in the medical field. would suggest hershey or any other place that will at least treat you issues as important and know how to send a referral to philly or maryland without messing it up for months straight over and over
They don't care about their patients only the money. N if you want a copy of your medical records then they send it to a third party where anybody and everybody can see your medical records which I'm pretty sure that is a big No-No.
