Well, after reading the bad reviews, I am CONVINCED this medical practice has major concerns with its non-clinical staff member(s). I placed several calls to speak with the office manager "Raju" since 10/28, with today being the most recent call at approximately 10:45am est. I was informed by the operator saying " if he chooses to call me back, he will" - absolutely unbelievable. I had to resort to calling the Pittsburgh corporate offices. If I can give less than a star I would. I’m highly disappointed in the service. Today my son had a follow up appointment for which I got multiple reminders via text, phone calls and portal. We show up for our appointment 15 minutes as required, get all checked in do signatures and all the formalities which took about 10 minutes. We wait in the waiting area for about 40 minutes. My wife had a 4 PM appointment today and we encountered standstill traffic on the way. We attempt to call but she was on hold with no one picking up the phone for 14 minutes. She arrived for her appointment at 4:08 but the doctor and staff had already left for the day. She has been having serious headaches for nearly 2 months.
