In the middle of October I spent some time in ER. After that my doctor recommended me to make an appointment with neurologist. I called them 3 times during 3 days trying to schedule an appointment with doctor. All 3 times got machine. Left 3 messages never got call back. On a fourth day called again and got scheduler on phone. She told me that next available appointment in June (!!!!). This absolutely unacceptable!!!! Frustrated they don't have any answering service. No way to leave a message
Don't waste my time going I was supposed to be on some medication for tremors in my hands and I wanted my meds to delivered to my house and they never showed up for months and a few months back I called them and they told me that someone would call me about my meds and nobody called me so I'll be going to another doctor that they transferred me to because the doctor was a rude person and I couldn't barley understand him and he didn't look at me when I had my appointment with him he looked at my mother when I was in the appoi... read more
SHOUT OUT TO NURSE SHADOW : Her willingness to help and her knowledge of wheel chairs (and how to assist/lift a patient) was very much appreciated. She took charge of the situation when needed. And I hope I didn't "order her around" too much with demands for "open the door", "move the chair" and "can I have a cup of water". Shadow spent extra time with me and was very kind, friendly and extremely helpful the whole time I was there. Great job - Well done - 5-Star visit. Thank you, Shadow.
