The check-in staff was pleasant, welcoming and understanding. The technician performing the exam was capable, thorough and efficient. The scheduling leaves much to be desired. I had an appointment scheduled for my 5-year-old. The scheduler told me to arrive by 12:45 for a 1PM appointment. Easy peasy. Except that when I got there and I had already been there 20 minutes, I was told my appointment was at 1:30. So I sat trying to keep a masked 5-year-old happy.
