I followed a provider to this practise when they left another Pinnacle practise. That provider had been my PCP for over 5 years. One day I called and they were gone no notice, nada. Then I had another provider that I saw once and within 6 months he was gone. Then I had yet another provider, very nice and very attentive. I did not even know that the second one had left. Dr. Zeshonsky at this office is a horrible doctor to be "treated" by. I came in with simple, common issues that he should have been able to diagnose and handle. Instead, he proved his incompetence by referring me to an unnecessary specialist, running me around for no reason and using up health care in an extreme way all for a simple solution. I could not in good conscience recommend Dr. Z or this office for their services.

This practice used to be a great one; spacious building with a nice office for the practice itself. Quality of care has decreased throughout the years as providers have continued to leave. Some left to practice in other areas and others left for unknown reasons. Sparse providers with a large patient volume led to poor patient care, long waits between appointments, and in my opinion, hiring of poor providers.
