Where should I start.... let's start with no one there answers the phone. Ever. Or at least not within a half hour time frame. Had a referral from this office to get a procedure done at a satellite clinic. Was told they would call to schedule said procedure. 2 weeks roll by and no communication. Their portal is a joke. You can only respond to some messages for a limited time. They definitely don't want to hear from patients. I love this practice. My PCP, Ellie Hilliard, is my hero. She listens to her patients, works with you on your care, and communicates better than any doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve never had any problems with the office staff, getting an appointment, or getting lab work done. Don’t believe the negative reviews. This place is great.
The only reason I go here is because I follow my doctor wherever she goes since my family has been with her for years and we like her. This place is a joke though. I tried to call for something yesterday and was on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up. Today I was running a little behind as I hit an accident and everyone stopped on the highway.
