I have been a patient at this practice for over three years and recently reached out to Dr. Uniacke during a serious decline in my mental health. I was told I could not be seen for 2.5 months, and when the only offered appointment conflicted with my child’s medical visit, no other options were provided. I'd give it a negative amount of stars if I could. I wasn't going here very long, just since July. I was told by Victoria Motz Patel, the provider, that she would not prescribe me my klonopin that I have been taking for many years. I needed a psychiatrist. I had been looking for one for 2 years with no luck, but ok. Not gonna argue cuz then they just make u feel like ur only looking to score some pills. I got in with a psychiatrist finally. I've been going here for 7 years and always have a great experience! Parking is easy, the place is clean and comfortable, wait times are short, and everyone is friendly. Leah Simoncini is my PCP and I could not ask for more - she's great at listening, explaining, and just about everything. The UPMC online portal is really helpful too.
