This place isnt very efficient with their patients. I continually have issues with things.Today is another waste of time talking to the doctor's office. I almost think it's time to find a new dr and medical provider.
I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Appointments stated on time, everyone was polite and professional and Allison Walters my primary is really awesome. Update: regrettably my experience here has definitely become less satisfied since my first review. While I don't have any complaints about my pc the administration is not kind. Went through a tough period and was without adequate insurance. Have been seeing Alison Walters for years. Absolutely love her, won't see anyone else!
I have been a patient at this practice for over three years and recently reached out to Dr. Uniacke during a serious decline in my mental health. I was told I could not be seen for 2.5 months, and when the only offered appointment conflicted with my child’s medical visit, no other options were provided. Requests to see another provider, use telehealth, or be placed on a cancellation list were dismissed. Mental health care should be treated with urgency and compassion.
