I'd give it a negative amount of stars if I could. I wasn't going here very long, just since July. I was told by Victoria Motz Patel, the provider, that she would not prescribe me my klonopin that I have been taking for many years. I needed a psychiatrist. I had been looking for one for 2 years with no luck, but ok. Not gonna argue cuz then they just make u feel like ur only looking to score some pills. I got in with a psychiatrist finally. I've been going here for 7 years and always have a great experience! Parking is easy, the place is clean and comfortable, wait times are short, and everyone is friendly. Leah Simoncini is my PCP and I could not ask for more - she's great at listening, explaining, and just about everything. The UPMC online portal is really helpful too.
This place and many other UPMC practices once put patients first. It’s now get them in and out ASAP. If you go over time allowable you will be charged. About 3 years ago my review would have been good.
I asked them to email me a form. They said they would only fax it to me. I don't have a fax and let's be honest, I don't know anybody who does.
