I've been going here for 7 years and always have a great experience! Parking is easy, the place is clean and comfortable, wait times are short, and everyone is friendly. Leah Simoncini is my PCP and I could not ask for more - she's great at listening, explaining, and just about everything. The UPMC online portal is really helpful too.
This place and many other UPMC practices once put patients first. It’s now get them in and out ASAP. If you go over time allowable you will be charged. About 3 years ago my review would have been good.
I asked them to email me a form. They said they would only fax it to me. I don't have a fax and let's be honest, I don't know anybody who does.
If you can actually get seen here, They just pass patients from doctor to doctor when they don’t feel like handling the situation at hand. Then allow another doctor at another office who has never seen the patient handle the care plan, which she butchered because she refused to listen to me and review my sons chart, then they try to place blame on the parent that did every single thing they asked for just to still not help at all.
