Way too cold and not personable like prior location. Breast cancer patients are not comfortable waiting in a large room in a large hallway of open rooms. Now you are just a number and not a person. What a tragic decision to change locations. It will impact whether I refer someone. Most likely not to this location. Stop listening to men who draw pretty pictures but don't know women.
