What on earth is wrong with your Emergency room??? Shame on us for giving it another shot. You consistently have the longest wait times in Central PA! Soviet Russian hospitals were probably more prompt. It's such a shame to have such an aesthetically pleasing, conveniently located hospital on the West Shore, but to have to avoid its ER like the plague since you'll probably die of old age before being seen. Thanks for nothing.

As of this review we have been at the ER for over 5 hours. We have just now FINALLY been given a room and we are again waiting to talk to anyone about my husband’s test results. We came here for a significant head injury and have had no type of treatment or care. No one has even cleaned the visible laceration in his face or offered any pain management.
