Profoundly dissapointing. My bp was very high and I had just been in there 2 days prior. So sitting in an empty waiting room seemed appropriate I suppose.
I had a very negative experience with Dr. Jeffrey George in the ER. He was dismissive, condescending, and showed a complete lack of empathy. During a time of personal and family crisis, he made inappropriate assumptions and offered unsolicited personal opinions. He also entered misleading and false information into my medical chart, including inaccurate comments about my demeanor. This kind of unprofessional and biased behavior is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.
Emergency room registration desk person very rude, and not impressed with the rest of the care either. Very uncaring i guess because they see it everyday
From the moment we entered the parking garage we had a great experience and that's not something I say too often about healthcare. The parking attendant was even friendly. The garage was easy to navigate and the spots were plentiful and wide enough to accommodate getting a toddler in and out of the car which isn't too common in hospital garages.
