Miss Joey and the ER team are phenomenal! I spent less than a half hour at the hospital in total, and I was fully cared for the entire time. They made me feel confident in their abilities and comfortable being there. No time wasted and I was able to have a stress free emergency visit. 10/10!
Went here about a couple months ago, and honestly one of the best care I’ve gotten from any hospital. Even when I wanted to leave the Dr urged for me to stay. Dr was very caring, and the nurse helped me, said he worked with the army back then. Definitely has a nice personality. Glad to see Drs and nurses still care. Also before I got seen, nurses made sure my heart was alright because I tend to freak out in serious situations lol. So that was definitely sweet and precocious of them.
I recently had a knee replacement at West Shore UPMC, and I was very impressed with the excellent care I received. The staff worked together perfectly. Communication was wonderful. My needs were anticipated and met with kindness. Even the cleaning staff were friendly and pleasant. The food was very good. Pain management was excellent. Overall, the experience could not have been better.
Would give zero stars if I could
Terrible. Never go to this hospital. 8 hour wait no pain management. Terrible
