Our group had Captain Mitch yesterday from 10-4pm and honestly, he ruined the trip. From the start he was unprofessional, handsy with women, even ripping a girl's hat off that was tied to her ponytail and calling it a joke. It wasn't funny, it was uncomfortable. He constantly made the day about himself, bothering people instead of letting us enjoy the ride. On top of that, he made multiple comments about people's weight, completely out of line. I Captained Galaxy this summer as a first-time member. One of the best experiences ever. All staff were professional and all questions were always answered promptly. The boat and docks were great. Thank you for an unforgettable summer experience! While I could not renew for next year, I hope to renew in the future
Well maintained clean boats, great way to get out on the water. You can tell the crews/staff care about their customers and it reflects.
