Do not use this company first off when the guy came out to look at the windows. I had two other windows that were broke. I was going to pay out of pocket. He assured me that they would take care of them. They never did then they use half inch trim board And they had to come out and redo it with three-quarter inch trim board. They left all kinds of fingerprints on the inside of the house and we have 16 foot ceiling they had to come out and clean all the fingerprints and that’s when they broke a shade. WOW! This company is a definite winner. Alyssa was a dream to work with from the jump. She took great care of us. After our storm in 2023 the insurance company didn't want to replace our windows.
