This was my first time dealing with this company and the experience has been great. Jacob was my sales rep and not only was he well mannered and professional. Not once did he make me feel pressured in any way. Great company Would recommend to any one who is looking for a company who is professional and friendly.

Excellent job by Pinnacle Windows. Our condo had a very leaky window that leaked very specifically during rain storms. When Pinnacle came to assess the old window, they saw that it was incorrectly installed in the first place, and was too small, hence the leaking. Unfortunately this was past the statute of limitations for getting money for the correction, but that was not Pinnacle’s fault. I appreciated knowing what the issue was, though.
