If I could give this company a zero star I would of selected it. The worst business/company I have ever dealt with. I purchased blinds through Home Depot and Pinnacle is who they use for installation. It took 7 visits to my house to get it right and I cannot believe that they are still in business. The original person who did the install left without going blind to blind to make sure they were all working properly and after he left I discovered that 3 of the blinds were defective. Terrible. Pinnacle was subcontracted to measure my windows and to install custom blinds. They made a mistake and measured 4 of my windows incorrectly. I wouldn’t mind if they made a mistake and immediately took steps to fix it. However, Pinnacle installed 3 of the blinds and pretended they couldn’t see any issues. The fourth blind didn’t even fit in the window so they left it laying on the ground. They could have just admitted the mistake and remeasured my windows for brand new blinds, but they just left instead. Due to the ... read more

Purchased our blinds through HomeDepot and were installed by Maurico and Omar from Pinnacle. Maurico and Omar communicated with us before installation which was much appreciated as we don't reside at the property. Their installation was quick and professional, friendly and courteous showing respect for our property. 5 stars for this team!
