Very fast, efficient and friendly
My Great Dane had a seizure on Friday evening, and it was the first one she ever had. I rushed her to Pinnacle and she was taken in immediately and was taken excellent care of by Dr. McGrath and his staff. I have been here several times with both of my Great Danes for various emergencies, and this hospital is the best around. They can handle anything at any time with efficiency, expertise, compassion and friendliness. I will always bring my precious pups here; they are the best!
This was our first visit and I was very impressed. The doctor was amazing and thorough. She never made me feel pressured to have unnecessary testing done. She took her time answering all my questions and took things step by step for me.
You did an amazing job with our dog. She was triaged and scheduled for diagnostic testing immediately. She was ill enough to require an overnight stay and your treatment reduced her liver enzymes by half and she was well enough to go home. You kept me informed of her progress and made this scary experience as positive as possible. Dr Rachel Tevere was wonderful with her and kept me updated. She was well taken care of and only needed to stay one night.
Dr Fowler and the whole staff make it such a calm visit every time! Welcoming, caring, proficient, thorough. We love the dedication of Dr Fowler, she always responds to texts and calls! Thank you
