We brought a dog that we had found along the side fo the road in very poor condition. We waited 2.5 hours to be seen and nothing was ever done for him. We were charged $275 and had to lwait until the following day to take him to our regular vet for care We feel we should have been told that they were too busy to see him so that we could have taken him home and not been charged for a visit that did nothing for him.
It was a great experience. The nurse and doctor were exceptional. Very caring and friendly.

We have seen Dr. McCormick twice for emergency visits with our cat Jimmy. Both times, she was an excellent communicator, compassionate, informative, and kind. She embodies exactly what you want in a veterinarian. Dr. McCormick, Sam, the nurses at triage, and Azia were all excellent. The entire process from my phone call alerting them that we were coming to the discharge process and everything in between.
Everyone was wonderful: calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. We received excellent, appropriate care and my dear dog was provided with antibiotics and treatment that was very successful. Every single person we had contact with was impressive! Everything; she was taken care of very well and we had information as soon as practicable.
