Couldn't have ask for a better pair of experiences than what my family received from Pinnacle over the past 5 1/2 weeks. My 12 y/o calico Sophia fell ill and was quickly diagnosed with terminal cancer & tumors. The sweet kitty then passed on Saturday after we put her down. The level of professionalism, care, and empathy shown by the doctors & staff were all A++ and certainly exceeded my expectations. every one there is really great and friendley
It was a frustrating week due to inconsistent communication. I took my cat Tuesday night at 6pm after our regular vet advised if he was still not feeling better to take him to the ER vet. He went to our regular vet Monday with symptoms of not eating, lethargy, and vomiting bile. We took him to this ER vet, and it was fine. Dr. McGrath was great at addressing the situation and giving options due to my financial circumstances.
