Don’t go here!!!! They don’t care about your pet. My husband took our dog there tonight. Got there at 8pm. It’s now 1 am and my husband and my dog got kicked out without care. They took her back almost immediately and said they were going to do sedate her and do X-rays and never did. She has a broken leg and she was put on her leash and walked outside and made her walk on her broken leg. I went there with a referral for my cat who had a broken spine from an emergency vet in Newark, Delaware. I told her the reasons how the cat broke the spine, not only where there suspicions on how the cat broke his cat (from my perspective) but once I talk to the vet she tells me the cats needed surgery I told her if there’s other way I could afford treatment for my cat she tells me I can come home with it and keep it in intensive cage rest for two months with a follow up in a week to a vet or I could surrender the cat. I’d like to start by recognizing that any healthcare for your pet babies is gonna be pricey so let’s set that aside. I took my baby girl here on an emergency after she was showing some concerning signs. As soon as I walked in and they saw our state they took her back immediately to help her. They fought for her to become stable again ALL DAY LONG. They fought for her for as long as I wanted them to. The vet staff made a very difficult time more manageable. Dr. Kayleigh was honest, compassionate, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. I truly appreciated the care, patience, and kindness shown to both my pet and my family during such an emotional experience.
