Dr. Darrow is amazing! He is very thorough and easy to communicate with. My dogs loved him! He’ll be taking care of my crew from now on. Very impressed with his care, the facility and staff.
In Jamestown for the weekend visiting friends and forgot my dog's medicine. Just needed 2 tablets to get thru till Sunday. My dog has a prescription which a quick phone call would confirm, so they could've easily done this. Gal at front desk was awful... No help. Thankful for other vets in the area that are reasonable and don't mind helping a traveler out!
If I could of given this vet a zero or less I would have.I called yesterday morning and left an urgent message for him to please return my call I desperately needed his help to euthanize my dog who was in severe pain and having seizures he never bothered to even return my call.My dog was a huge dog and due to recently having back surgery I could not carry him to my truck on my own.Evidently because he wasn't an "established" patient his life didn't matter to Mr Darrow but it did and does to me .Shame on you Ethan! Our first visit here with our new puppy. Nice staff and thorough visit with the dr. We did have a bit of a wait but not terrible.
