I highly recommend not purchasing a condo from Gemma at Watergarden. 1) The rushed us in the units and the units are not complete. Some units the insulations are so bad so you can hear people walking in their units above you. 2) There is no visitors parking. The V parkings will be commercialized so folks would have to pay to park here. This is the worst property to own. 3) we have been waiting for them to come and repair the unit deficiencies and no action has been taken. This is a piece a crap of a condo
Unsafe building don't think to live here living above restaurant is very dangerous ! you ll hear fire alarm in this building weekly & you should stay out in cold.
Security and DEL Property Management are both negligent. There have been two separate incidents involving car break-ins and theft. More recently, there has been unauthorized access to one of the units. No one appears to be taking responsibility for these serious security failures.
New build condo with lots of amenities, close to square one for convenience.
