My bathroom and kitchen and bathroom floor tiles injured my toddler! I bought a unit pre-construction eight years ago. After six years of residing in it, my floor tiles started moving and cracking. An inspection revealed that Pinnacle did not put glue under 80% of my kitchen and bathroom tiles. The walls are crooked! The bathtub is crooked! Buyers beware! I now have a list of owners and agents who purchased units in the Pinnacle Uptown towers and have the same issue. Pinnacle has yet to reply me.
This building is the smallest worst condo i ever lived in its very cheaply done and the amenities are not like what they are trying to advertise alot of lies were told when trying to get ppl to rent out the units. Do not rent from here.
Very unsafe, had security incidents. Something always going on with the building. Either elevators, parking gate, poor finishing, water issues and now it’s either ac or heating. Management doesn’t give a dime about it and ridicule the city laws too. One of the worst in the city.
