Extremely rude staff. Uncaring and seemingly judgmental of patients. As a licensed professional I would never recommend a patient seek help here.
This was such a great program. The facilitators, counselors,medical staff and THE DISCHARGE COORDINATOR really do care about their clients. It’s not someplace milking your insurance. The homes the men and women live in while they’re there are extremely nice also and they provide front door grocery delivery to them. It may seem overwhelming as much as you have to group but it’s really for a reason. This is the best facility I’ve been to hands down!! Thank you Pinnacle Family
If you have had any issues with this facility make sure to notify your local DBHDS and file a complaint directly with the state. Will not be recommending this treatment center to anyone at this point in time.
This place is without a doubt the absolute worst rehab in Virginia. The curriculum is awful and tedius, the staff are ignorant and inept, and the atmosphere is depressing. Our house was out of food, FOOD, for multiple days for four weeks in a row before someone from the corporate office came to attempt to fix the situation. And that was only because those of us starving had to gather together to file multiple formal complaints. Which, most of the time were met with staff blaming the problem on the patients.
