This company's only concern is monetary. DO NOT go to any of their locations ESP Delaware Valley medical, Somerdale treatment center & Vineland treatment center. They DO NOT care about ur recovery. They DO NOT care about YOU! They don't even care about their employees. It's a revolving door of counselors, supervisors & directors, many of which shouldn't be in this field of work. This place is a horrible place that is only here to collect money and bring any clients in if it gets them paid. Go to a better place
It's possibly the least functional treatment center I have seen. I have been to two separate Pinnacle Treatment Centers and they are both about the same. Doctor visits are planned in advance, I suppose, but you do not get to know. Don't think about having a job and enrolling into a Pinnacle Treatment Center. Martinsville, VA especially
My wife goes Aegis 21st Bakersfield, gone to Aegis for years. It has now been a year now 12/23 to 12/24 in that time frame she gets no take homes Why? She is 62 I am 74 go Aegis EVERYDAY???
The counselors are awesome at my facility however the turnover or revolving door of counselors front desk staff nurses case managers and even the doctors do not last long. I’m pretty sure it’s the top person in charge at this facility. I have lost count of my counselors my case Manegers because I’ve had so many. This place has helped me tremendously. But you have to constantly tell someone new your whole life story because no one stays working hear. SAD
