Tim McLean is superb. I’m a GP and I want my kids to see Tim because I feel reassured. He explains everything in very clear terms, he’s very professional but also personable. He operated on my son at the Epworth and the experience simply could not have been better. Everything was perfect and the care we received was so gentle and thoughtful. The nurses, the anaesthetist, every member of staff. We are taking my daughter to see him.
Bad service from the reception. Told me to wait for 10 weeks to see a doctor. Worse than public hospital.
Amanda and her staff are incredible. I have severe claustrophobia and they had the fire escapes opened and then walked me up and down 7 flights of stairs while keeping both the 9th floor and 2nd floor fire escape doors open. They also offered me a last minute cancellation. Amazing team and Amanda is lovely, compassionate and highly competent 🙏🙏🙏
Dr Tim McLean and Jenny, the audiologist, are amazing!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Amanda Richards, Georgia Magery, and Madlyn. They were all incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. They truly took the time to listen to my concerns and demonstrated a deeper understanding of my complex condition (dislocating larynx due to EDS causing dysautonomia) than any other ENT specialists or voice therapists I’ve consulted before. I highly recommend these professionals and Pinnacle Surgery as a whole.
