My PB150 needed several parts (it’s been steadily reliable for 16 years) and I ordered them on the 9th with 5-6 day shipping. It took two weeks AND to add insult to injury, they were the wrong parts. I get that the Canada Post strike may have been partially responsible for the delay, but they didn’t seem particularly interested in maybe refunding me some money for the extra I paid for shipping. Excellent service. I traveled from Prince George just to buy a new wood stove from Pinnacle. This store ordered me what I wanted right away. If you live outside of quesnel I highly recommend making the drive there for this business.
