Audrey is amazing! She is so helpful and courteous!
Kudos to Audrey at this location. I have been through 5 People trying to get the advertised rate adjustment from the excessive charge that had been paid via autopay. Audrey offered a solution, called and got the corrected Payment adjustment for us, and even followed through a couple days before the draft hit, to make sure it had been corrected. She took the time to call and let us know that it was corrected. Now that, folks, is customer service!!! So refreshing these days. Thanks, Audrey.
Audrey has been wonderful with helping figuring out what size storage unit we need. She explained everything perfectly. Wonderful personality and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
UPDATE - Audrey is AWESOME! She goes out of her way to watch for me when I am coming and going so she can say hi and is always looking for ways to help me get the best options for my storage needs. She is great!!! The staff is incredibly friendly. The facility is immaculate and happens to be in an excellent location for me. I was very excited to find indoor RV storage that gives me peace of mind. The rates were fair once factoring in the specials for signing. I would highly recommend this location.
Great facility. Customer service was awesome. Joe was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend.
