The little River property is always clean. Shane has always been very professional and helpful. Super great to work with.
This review is no reflection on the local branch at Hwy 57 and 9 in Little River, SC. The staff there are awesome and very responsive. They keep and maintain the storage location very well. I could not be more pleased with the local crew. However, the cooperate policies is another matter altogether. I am leaving this review as a one start because of cooperate policies and I want to discourage anyone and everyone from renting from this location or any location managed by Public Storage Cooperate. Shane was your representative covering this location. WOW, I’m 78 years old and constantly it seems everyone now a days has an attitude. And I mean a bad attitude. How nice to have Shane there for me today. From the greeting at the front door, to answering every question you could tell he knew his job and knew the company software, forms, etc. to make it a great experience.
