Did a wonderful job with my trees
I called on Monday requesting an estimate. I didn’t hear back from them until Thursday afternoon. No estimate, just said they don’t spray for bugs. Over 4 days, our infestation had gotten worse, but we held out hope someone would at least come look at our trees. After hearing such great things about pinnacle, we were expecting better customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Excellent service completed as scheduled and easy to work with even with my changes last minute
