I am having the same issues regarding insurance with pinnacle sleep center. They made it seem like the $175 was my copay but then billed me. Consider somewhere else before making your appointment, there is a lack of transparency and they just want your money.

Thank you for the warning! I was called from this location for an appointment. The guy that called was very clear that my insurance would cover the study when in reality my insurance did not. That I would only have to pay a little over 300 dollars. I took the time to cross verify with my insurance and they were not even in network. Careful! They are under different names. If you are still going to use this center, at least, make sure you verify with your insurance first. You have been warnd.

*****update***** I just called the clinic to explained the situation and cancelled my appointment. They willingly cancelled it for me with no cancellation fee, the process was quick too. But it does sound like they fail to tell patient if they’re in or out of network a lot, so definitely double check with your insurance first! ***************** BE AWARE! I have a similar story to everyone else who has written reviews. I was given incorrect information from the office about my insurance coverage, and charged more than quoted. Multiple companies set up and billed through which is shady. Their billing company refuses or is unable to explain any billing discrepancies as well- they simply want to collect payment. I had a great experience with Pinnacle Sleep Center. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure my in-clinic sleep study and subsequent CPAP usage went as smoothly as possible. And I had no insurance-related issues as other reviewers have mentioned.
