Mike and Lisa installed Boogie Lights on our 5th wheel at Elkhart Campground. We got to know them at the campground. It is hard finding people you trust to do great work at a fair cost. Wish Pinnacle RV was closer to Rochester NY

Called three weeks ago for an A/C install and propene regulator Install. We discussed what direction I could go on the A/C, was promised research would be done and they were two weeks out and would get back to me. They sounded happy to get my return business. Three weeks later I called them after no promised follow up on their end. I was offered two dates - one within a week when my day is booked, the other just over a month from now. Mike & Lisa @ Pinnacle RV Repair were great, it was late in the afternoon when our heater malfunctioned in our RV and Lisa had Mike come out last minute to help us. He came over in an hour & diagnosed the issue and then had it fixed the next day. Great customer service, quality workmanship & honest advice from Mike is what we liked about them. He takes the time to explain the problem and then works with you on a fix. Great family & a business that I would call again for any RV help with personal service not found in others.
