Called three weeks ago for an A/C install and propene regulator Install. We discussed what direction I could go on the A/C, was promised research would be done and they were two weeks out and would get back to me. They sounded happy to get my return business. Mike & Lisa @ Pinnacle RV Repair were great, it was late in the afternoon when our heater malfunctioned in our RV and Lisa had Mike come out last minute to help us. He came over in an hour & diagnosed the issue and then had it fixed the next day. Great customer service, quality workmanship & honest advice from Mike is what we liked about them. He takes the time to explain the problem and then works with you on a fix. Great family & a business that I would call again for any RV help with personal service not found in others.
Compassionate and considerate business owner. I have a crisis with my trailer that I happen to live in regarding an issue that I likely will be unable to afford to fix. He spoke with me over the phone for a very long time explaining important details to me giving me advice and possible options. He went above and beyond even when I do not have the means to hire. Very very appreciative and am extremely impressed with my experience with this business.
As a new widow I had a lot to learn in order to continue using my class C motor home.
