I had a bad experience with this company. The owner agreed (in an email exchange with my wife) to replace a skylight and then install a near-to-full black-out blind in it. What he installed isn't at all a black-out blind. Seems cut and dry to me, but because my wife said "thank you" and paid him (I was at work), and the words "black-out blind" aren't in the official contract (only in the email and on the phone), he thinks he's fulfilled the agreement.
