Pinnacle did an amazing job on my roof! Wouldn't pick anyone else to do it highly recommend, they cleaned up after they were done, very respectful!
The crew was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves as they removed my shingles and ensured everything went straight into the disposal bin. There was virtually no no mess or nails anywhere after they were finished installing the new shingles. Even my neighbours were impressed by their work ethic. The crew did a great job from start to finish. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Im so pleased to have chosen Pinnacle for my roof replacement. They were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt with communication, estimate, and scheduling. All my questions were answered, and there were no surprises in the price quoted. The roofers were efficient, on time, and very respectful. Although it is not a roof job review, i have to leave a review to a driver from Pinnacle Roofing who drove like crazy today (July 10) on Glenmore rd. He was tailgating me on the road, driving extremely close without keeping a safe distance, speeding, and cutting me off aggressively. I had children in the car, and such behavior — especially in a 50 km/h zone — puts everyone around at serious risk.
