This company was Beyond professional from the first phone call for an estimate to the completed replacement of an old asphalt roof and eaves troughs. Pinnacle were absolutely wonderful to work with! They worked with us ensuring we met the Heritage Building requirements. From the quotes thru to completion of the project it was handled professionally. I would highly recommend Pinnicle Roofing for anyone requiring a roof replacement.
We had our roof done by Pinnacle about 15 yrs ago. They did a great job. Site was always cleaned up daily, team checked in with us, updated us and thanked us for having them redo our roof. We refer Pinnacle all the time, and recently they replaced a roof that was done incorrectly by another roofing company that customers of ours had done. Pinnacle Roofing recently replaced the asphalt shingles on my roof along with 2 skylights, gutters, downspouts and fascia. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Pinnacle installed the asphalt roof on our carriage house, which has lasted very well, and this time re-roofed our main house, adding one section of metal roofing to match the metal panelling on the carriage home. From assessment to finished job, Pinnacle was professional and communicated well. Better yet, they were diligent about cleaning up all the residual nails and refuse around the structure. We really appreciate they work they did to upgrade our home.
