We worked with Brad and his team and were very happy with our results. We replaced our roof with the Bravo synthetic roof and it looks great. Brad takes a lot of ownership in making sure that he understands your needs. His work crews were great. They were respectful of neighbors and were careful with not damaging other parts of the house when they were working. Communication was good and we knew what was going to happen when. We have just completed a project with Pinnacle Roofing and it was great. Since insurance was involved it took over two years and Brad and team were with us every step of the way and helped us navigate through it. Any concerns or issues were addressed immediately. Brad, Chris and their team did an amazing job. The crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up well. The owner even came back to quality check the work and fixed a couple of minor errors. Quality work!!

Brad was extremely responsive, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He explained the claim process and the roof materials extremely well.
