I’m not inclined to leave many reviews, however, after a half-dozen visits to Dr. Patel’s office I must say that I always leave feeling like I am in the very best of caring hands. In addition to the medical treatment I have received, he and his staff are always courteous and welcoming. My visits have been related to concerns regarding shingles in my eye and more recently for a retina condition that required surgery by Dr. Patel at GSC.
I had the privilege to experience the professional customer service not seen in some time when I visited Pinnacle Retina. Staff was welcoming making the experience comfortable and calming. Thank you for making a sometime stressful appointment comfortable for your clients 😊!
Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am very much at ease with Dr. Patel and his staff.
Dr. Patel saw my husband in an emergency situation. He took him right in and explained what was happening to my husbands eye. He did surgery in office the next day for 3 retinal tears and was amazing! The nurses were fantastic, the lady up front was always smiling and friendly. We felt at ease in a stressful situation and my husbands eye is now healed like nothing happened!
I love this team!! Dr Patel,Brittany, Brenda, Liz,Ginger,Courtney all made me feel welcomed and knowledgeable about my condition. I highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff.
