Moving to a new location
My mom and I visited Dr. Patel’s office yesterday, and he and his team were superb—very kind and professional. As a surgeon myself, I can fully appreciate the challenges of running a busy private practice. Dr. Patel has clearly cultivated a culture of excellence at Pinnacle Retina.
Dr. Patel and all the staff are very efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I’m not inclined to leave many reviews, however, after a half-dozen visits to Dr. Patel’s office I must say that I always leave feeling like I am in the very best of caring hands. In addition to the medical treatment I have received, he and his staff are always courteous and welcoming. My visits have been related to concerns regarding shingles in my eye and more recently for a retina condition that required surgery by Dr. Patel at GSC.
I had the privilege to experience the professional customer service not seen in some time when I visited Pinnacle Retina. Staff was welcoming making the experience comfortable and calming. Thank you for making a sometime stressful appointment comfortable for your clients 😊!
