My father's roof was damaged by a microburst a year-and-a-half ago . My father just recently passed away and he had a leak on the roof again where it was located next to a skylight that had to be replaced. This company will not honor the warranty because they say that the repairs that they did was not within the scope of the repairs they made.
These people did a VERY substandard job. A pipe burst with a freeze in 2006 and caved in my living room. Contractors were in short supply so I contracted with Pinnacle to repair the damage. They did OK on replacing the ceiling, the walls were to be cleaned, primed and painted and the carpet replaced. The original carpet was about $40 a square foot and that was what they were being paid to replace. They brought me samples of what looked like shredded bread wrappers - incredibly cheap.
